the Internal Talent Awards (ITAs) were held on September 5th 2024, to recognise the achievement and innovation of key players in the Internal Talent Acquisition industry. It was the biggest ITAs yet and the 18 winners, and sponsors of the 16 awards are listed below.

The ITA’s were held at Doltone House, Hyde Park Sydney, on the 7th of September 2023, with almost 350 in attendance.  

Internal Talent Awards 2023- Finalists!

Finalists for the 2023 Internal Talent Awards #Itas2023 were announced today via Social Media Channels. 

 

The team of judges, comprising of 21 industry experts, reviewed over 130 nominations across 16 categories. 

 

Lauren Sharp from the ITAs said ‘As always, we have been astounded by the calibre and volume of the submissions this year. We can’t wait to again celebrate the best of the Internal Talent Industry.’ 

 

Submissions were judged against 3 criteria with attachments to support their nomination. 

 

‘In a world of constant change, with emerging technologies and new challenges, our incredible industry always rises to the occasion. Every submission we received showcased resilience, leadership, and innovation. The judging panel faced a formidable task distinguishing between the submissions in each category, which is a testament to the exceptional teams and individuals nominated.’ Sharp says.
