The Internal Talent Industry is filled with unheralded Superstars! From intuitive sourcing to insightful candidate experience to diversity & inclusion initiatives to top tech-stacks and beyond. The ITA’s gives us the chance to recognise and reward the industry’s best.
How does it work?
We are looking for the gold dust in our industry. Nominate yourself, your team, or another talent star. Our independent judges and sponsors will assess submissions across 16 categories. The nominations and the winners will be announced at our Gala Ceremony – at the Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne, September 5th 2024.
