How Much Does It Cost to Enter?
The Internal Talent Awards (ITAs) have always been — and will always be — free to enter.


Who Can Enter?
Entries are open to:

  • Talent Acquisition teams

  • Human Resources (HR) teams

  • Hiring teams

  • Employer Brand teams

within Australian and New Zealand organisations with in-house hiring capabilities.

Industry vendors and partners may also enter relevant award categories.


How Many Award Categories Are There?
There are 16 award categories in the ITAs.


How Do I Enter?
All submissions are completed through Award Force, the official ITAs entry platform.

Full instructions and category details will be available when nominations open on 7 April 2026.

Everyone! Bring your whole team along for a great night celebrating the achievements of the internal talent community.

The awards night is a chance to connect, celebrate and recognise outstanding work in Talent Acquisition with peers from across Australia and New Zealand at The Plaza Ballroom in Melbourne.
